FLY COACHING
WITH HALEY DAWN

Growth is always sparked with compassion, when we fully understand ourselves, our teen & the world they see, the better we are at navigating their needs, conquering challenges, & celebrating the beauty of our life.”

Modern Science + Ancient Wisdom = Fly Coaching

Modern Science + Ancient Wisdom = Fly Coaching

Remember how you felt in middle school? The first rejection from a best friend? The first bullying words? The heartbreak of not getting the thing you most wanted?

Then throw in global conflict, digital media, a pandemic, and climate change - it’s no surprise that families are struggling, and teens are bearing the brunt of it!

THE FLY COACHING DIFFERENCE

There is limited applied research that truly understands the full development of adolescents and the gifts and opportunities that this time presents. Current high school systems push learning outdated skills, and therapy focuses to often on internal work with little external application (or understanding of teen’s devleopment).

Teens are unprepared for the world they’re stepping into- and they know it.

At Fly we create a safe space for teens to learn what makes up their HEALTHY SELF and we help “translate” their worlds to their families so their home-lives are filled with more peace and more understanding.

26% increase in teens reporting anxiety and depression between 2016-2020

45% of LGBTQ YOUTH SERIOUSLY CONSIDERED ATTEMPTING SUICIDE in 2021

That’s Where We Come In

At FLY Coaching, we get teens to “get” themselves, love themselves, and more confidently navigate the world around them – no matter what body or skin they are in.

We combine time-tested mindfulness tools and embodiment techniques with an in-depth understanding of the teen brain, adolescent psychology and social emotional development.

We’re part cheerleader, part counselor, challenge setter, and embodied mindfulness teacher…using creative play and research-backed methods to help teens navigate fears and frustrations, handle stress and discomfort, and learn to trust their own needs, feelings and experiences.
